Come along to this first event and get to know your overlocker!

 

We will be exploring three and four thread setups, with your personal machine setting information and samples sewn to understand the operation of your overlocker, stitch lengths, cutting differences, tensions, differential feed, how to’s on beginning and ending seams, inside and outside corners, and rolled edges.

Your completed workbook will be a valuable resource to reference later.

 

Please bring the following along to classes:

Overlocker in excellent working order, recently serviced

Instruction Book for overlocker

All accessories that come with the overlocker

Overlocker Foot Control

Packet of size 90 needles to suit your machine (quality needles available at the store)

Overlocking thread – one cone each of blue, red, yellow and green – quality thread available at the store or buy online

Small scissors

Glue stick

Note book

Pen

A workbook, and sample pack will be supplied for completion for the event.

So grab your Overlocker Machine and join us to explore the great features of these industry leading machines.

Further requirements may be needed as classes progress or if you are booking into the next event (Overlocker #2 – Beyond The Basics) you will be notified in time to obtain items before the next session.

Fees: All events must be paid in full, at time of booking, to confirm your place in the event.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelling prior to 7 days before the event, an alternative date will be offered, and if the date is not suitable, a full store credit will be given.
If cancelling under 7 days prior to the event, no refund, or store credit will be offered.
